General Order Information:

~ Merchandise is limited to the sizes, colors, and variants listed on our website. if a size or variant does not appear online, it is currently unavailable.

We accept card payments with Visa, MasterCard American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change my order?


We might be able to change your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please email us at jonathan@officialjonathanmiller.com as soon as possible and don't forget to include your order number.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Starships were meant to fly, we know but unfortunately we don’t have a starship. We’re a small independent company who use a system called “Print on Demand." This means when you order a product through us, a third-party company creates the product and then ships it to you.

Basically, it means we aren't directly sending you the product ourselves.

Products aren't created until you order them which means it can take a little bit longer than normal for your package to arrive. However, here is a general guideline for shipping times:

USA: Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for your product to arrive.

CANADA: Please allow 10-15 business days for your product to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL: Please allow 10-30 business days for your product to arrive.
